Why Standalone Rotors vs a Full Kit

• You already have pads — if your pad measurement is above 4 mm, keep the pads and just replace rotors
• Rotor-only saves cost — kit adds $30-50 for pads you might not need yet

Install Notes

• Torque caliper bracket bolts per GM service spec (typically 129 ft-lb bracket)
• Silicone caliper grease on slider pins — not chassis grease
• Bed pads with matching rotors (new or existing): 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph
• Verify rotor diameter (12.99 inch) BEFORE removing your old parts — measure the removed rotor
• Consider replacing pads if they are grooved or measure below 4 mm
