Welcome to Core Brake Parts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Core Brake Parts is a trade name of Core Parts Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"), Circleville, Ohio.
Ordering and Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order or shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we issue a full refund.
Pricing and Errors
We work hard to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If an item's correct price is different from the price shown, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Fitment Is the Customer's Responsibility
Every listing includes the year, make, and model the part is intended to fit, and a cross-reference to the OEM part number where available. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific vehicle, including trim, package, and options, before installing it. Vehicle configurations vary, and a listing's compatibility is a guide, not a guarantee for every build. If you are unsure, email sales@corebrakeparts.com before you buy and we will help.
Installation and Safety
Brake components are safety-critical. Parts must be installed by a qualified person in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, torque specifications, and proper brake-bedding procedures. We strongly recommend professional installation. You are responsible for correct installation and for confirming your vehicle's braking system operates properly before driving.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Parts are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Except for that manufacturer warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Parts Group LLC is not liable for installation errors, labor costs, vehicle damage, personal injury, downtime, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of parts purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered through our secure Shopify checkout. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, photography, logos, and the Core Brake Parts and Core Parts Group names, is owned by Core Parts Group LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to scrape or harvest data by automated means, and not to place automated or fraudulent orders. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Ohio have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
