Returns and Refunds

We want you to get the right part for your vehicle. Please review our return policy below before placing an order.

Unopened, Unused Parts

Unopened, unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@corebrakeparts.com with your order number and the SKUs you want to return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Open Parts

Open parts (packaging opened or product handled) may be returned subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee covers repackaging, inspection, and return-to-stock costs. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Installed Parts

Installed parts cannot be returned. This includes brake friction material (pads, shoes) that has touched a rotor or drum, since even a single stop contaminates the friction surface and creates a safety risk.

Fitment

The customer is responsible for verifying fitment before placing an order. Use your vehicle year, make, model, submodel, engine, and OEM part number when checking a listing. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help match the right part. Returns due to incorrect fitment on the customer's part follow the standard policy above (unopened/unused accepted, open up to 30% restocking fee).

Damaged or Defective Parts

If a part arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
