Wilwood developed the TX6R line for trucks, SUVs and armored vehicles, where sustained high heat is the enemy. The large-diameter directional vane rotors and six-piston clamping force are aimed at consistent pedal feel and extreme duty durability rather than a single hard stop. On some applications braided stainless steel flex lines need to be purchased separately.
