HPS 5.0 is Hawk's high performance street friction compound. It raises the coefficient of friction over a standard replacement pad for shorter stops and firmer pedal feel, resists fade at higher temperatures, and stays quiet and gentle on rotors in daily driving.

This friction set is shaped to the original pad footprint and drops into the factory caliper, so no bracket changes or spacers are required. Inspect rotor thickness and surface condition while the caliper is apart, and replace pads as a complete axle set so braking stays balanced from side to side.
