EBC BSD7214 is a set of BSD Series sport rear brake rotors for the 2002 Cadillac Escalade 5.3L fitted with the Akebono rear caliper.

BSD rotors use EBC's V-shaped slot pattern, which spreads heat and helps the pads run cooler than an OE-style disc without the air noise a wide slot can generate. The high carbon iron is thermally stable under repeated hard stops, and current production uses silver Geomet coated hubs so the rotors match the look of factory hubs when you are only replacing one axle. As with the rest of the EBC sport rotor range, the slot pattern keeps pad wear flat and parallel across the face of the disc.
