The EBC 3GD Series GD Sport slotted and dimpled rotor set is a rear disc upgrade for the 2015 and newer Chevrolet SS 6.2L, supplied as a matched left and right pair.

Why slotted

The wide-aperture 3GD slot draws cool air across the braking area and clears dust, gas, dirt and debris quickly, so the discs run cooler under sustained load. A slotted face also maintains flat and parallel pad wear and avoids the record grooves and galling common with plain discs, which keeps pad contact consistent for the life of the set. EBC machines and runout tests these rotors piece by piece.
