The Street Series is DBA's road-going line, built as a direct replacement for the factory disc rather than an upgrade that needs other changes. The T2 slot pattern is machined into the friction face to help clear pad debris and gas from between the pad and the rotor, which keeps pedal feel consistent when the brakes get hot on a back road or a long descent.

Rear rotors on a rear-drive roadster like the Z4 do a smaller share of the work than the fronts but wear out just the same. Replace them in axle pairs and fit fresh pads at the same time so both sides bed in evenly and the car pulls up straight.
