This is a DBA 5000 Series two-piece front brake rotor for the 2002-2010 Subaru WRX and 2013 and newer Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ Premium. The T3 slotted friction ring is assembled to a separate black hat and arrives ready to bolt on.
