What the T3 slot does

The uni-directional T-slot pattern adds exit points across the face of the disc so friction dust and gas clear away as the pad sweeps past. The result is a cleaner pad surface, more consistent bite through repeated stops, and less of the glazing that dulls pedal response on a stock face rotor.
