Important build-date split - 2012 F-250 Super Duty rotor spec changed on 10/22/2012. Trucks built BEFORE that date take a different rotor. Check the door-jamb build sticker to confirm. 2011 buyers should verify against the Amazon fit-check bar or their OE part number specifically. Pair these with the Power Stop Z36-1680 severe-duty pads for a matched-compound HD front brake job.
Why Drilled and Slotted on a Super Duty
- Real heat load on Super Duty front brakes - when you're stopping 8,000 lb of unloaded truck plus 15,000 lb of trailer, rotors run hot
- Drilled and slotted surface sheds gas, water, and pad debris faster than plain rotors, keeping pad transfer even under sustained work

Install Notes
- Torque caliper bracket bolts per Ford SD service spec (148 ft-lb bracket typical on F-250/F-350)
- Bed pads WITH the new rotors - do not install new pads on old rotors and vice versa
- Bedding: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph, air-cool between
- Measure old rotor before removing to confirm 14.29 inch diameter - some Super Duty configs use a different rotor
- Silicone caliper grease on slider pins
