• Verify your rotor diameter is 14.17 inch (360 mm) — this is the standard HD Ram 2500 / 3500 front
• Torque HD Ram caliper bracket bolts per service spec — significantly higher than 1500-series
• Silicone brake grease on slider pins — not chassis grease
• Bed new pads with matching new rotors: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph
• Consider new pads at the same time if the old pads are grooved or below 4 mm
