Install Notes

• Torque caliper bracket bolts per Ram 1500 DS-platform service spec
• Silicone caliper grease on slider pins — not chassis grease
• Bench-bleed each caliper before install if pistons feel dry
• Never re-use the old brake hose if pedal feels spongy
• Consider new rotors — old rotors with new calipers can pulse from thickness variation
• Bed pads: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph
