Install Notes

• Torque caliper bracket bolts per Ford SD service spec (typically 148 ft-lb bracket on F-250/F-350)
• Silicone caliper grease on slider pins - not chassis grease
• Bench-bleed the calipers before install if pistons feel dry
• Never re-use the old brake hose if pedal feels spongy after install
• Replace both rear rotors and pads in the same job for best pedal feel
• Bleed rear passenger side first (farthest from master cylinder)
