Slotted rotors, rather than drilled, are the quieter and more crack-resistant choice for a truck that tows or sees dirt, since the slot wipes the pad face clean without the stress risers a drilled hole creates. Brake lines are supplied in the kit, so you are not sourcing them separately at install time.

Check the inner clearance of your wheels before ordering. A 12.88 inch rotor behind a six-piston caliper will not clear every Tacoma wheel, particularly narrow factory steel wheels.
