This is the Wilwood AERO4 rear axle big brake kit for 1999 and newer GM 1500 trucks and SUVs equipped with the OE single-piston rear caliper. It replaces the factory rear disc brakes with oversized 14.25-inch rotors and AERO4 calipers while retaining the original parking brake assembly.
