Wilwood 120-14376 is a WLD-20/ST racing caliper with an anodized forged aluminum body, a 1.75 in Thermlock stainless steel piston, and sizing for a .38 in thick rotor.
The WLD-20 was built for formula cars and other road race vehicles set up for the traditional LD20 lug mount caliper. The ST version uses heat-blocking Thermlock pistons. It keeps the same mounting centers, height, and offset as the original LD20, so it fits an existing LD20 setup.
