DTC-70 is a race compound. It is designed to work at elevated temperatures and behaves differently from a street pad when cold, so plan your use accordingly.

Before you install

With the caliper off, check rotor thickness and surface condition, and replace any pad hardware that has corroded or lost spring tension. Bed the new pads in following Hawk published procedure so the friction layer transfers evenly to the disc before you drive hard on them.

One axle set of pads, covering both wheels on that axle. Rotors and hardware are not included.
