Carbon ceramic discs are expensive to replace once they are worn or damaged. This conversion moves the front axle to a serviceable two-piece iron rotor, where only the disc ring is a wear item.

Two-piece construction means an aluminum hat bolted to an iron disc ring. That drops unsprung and rotating weight compared with a solid one-piece iron rotor, and it lets the ring expand independently of the hat as it heats, which helps keep the disc face flat instead of coning under load.

Pads are not included with these rotors. A carbon ceramic car uses a different pad compound than an iron rotor wants, so plan on an iron-appropriate pad as part of the same job.

2022 and newer Audi RS3 (8Y) equipped with the factory carbon ceramic brake package. This kit is specific to the carbon ceramic cars, so confirm your car's factory brake package by year and trim before ordering.
