This is a pair of EBC USR Ultimax Slotted front brake rotors for the 2012 and newer Ford C-Max 2.0L Hybrid, sold as a matched left and right set and machined as a direct replacement for the factory discs. The Ultimax USR series uses a fine, narrow slot instead of a wide aperture, so it keeps the cooling and pad-cleaning benefit of a slotted disc while cutting the air noise that wider slots produce. Precision machined from high-quality grey iron, the slotted face maintains flat and parallel pad wear and resists the cracking that is common with through-drilled discs.
