About the rotors

The USR rotors in this kit are fine-slotted vented discs finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating. The narrow slot pattern keeps braking quiet while still clearing gas, dust and debris from the pad face, and it holds pad wear flat and parallel instead of letting the record grooves and galling of a plain disc build up. Fine slots also resist the cracking that can affect through-drilled discs.
