About the Ultimax 2 compound

Ultimax 2 is EBC's everyday replacement compound, built on an aramid fiber base and fully shimmed and chamfered so it runs quiet from the first stop. The patented EBC Brake-In coating on the pad face seats the friction material quickly after install.

Rotors are direct-fit OE replacements finished with a geomet anti-rust surface coating, then fully balanced and runout tested so the pedal stays smooth from the first mile. Nothing has to be modified to fit the kit over the factory setup.
