EBC Redstuff part DP31160C is a low-dust ceramic street brake pad set for the 2003-2004 Cadillac XLR 4.6L.

Redstuff is a synthetic fibre compound enhanced with ceramic particles, built for drivers who want quiet, clean wheels and a firmer brake than the original pad. EBC reports a 60 to 90 percent dust reduction against a typical semi-metallic pad, and because the compound carries no steel fibres the little dust it does leave rinses off with a sponge. It brakes well from cold and improves as it warms.

Bed-in can take up to 1000 miles as the pad takes the shape of the rotor. Most Redstuff sets are approved to ECE R90. Inspect the rotors while the wheels are off and replace them if they are grooved or below minimum thickness.
