Redstuff is a hard-wearing pad, and EBC notes bed-in can take as long as 1,000 miles while the pad conforms to the rotor face. It brakes strongly from cold and improves as it heats up, which is what makes it a favourite fast-road pad for repeated heavy braking. It is not intended for track use.
