Be realistic about what this compound is: EBC Racing states plainly that RP-X produces higher brake dust and higher brake noise, because that is the cost of the extra bite. For a light to medium weight car, a car running a non-EBC big brake kit, or a car without ABS, EBC's less fierce RP-1 material may be the better choice.
