There is no such thing as a no-dust brake pad, but Greenstuff generates less dust than most and what it does leave rinses off easily. Expect more dust during the bedding-in period, especially on worn rotors.

Brake components should always be replaced in complete axle sets, left and right together, and bedded in following the manufacturer's instructions before any hard driving. With the wheels off it is worth checking the caliper slide pins, mounting hardware and flexible hoses at the same time.
