Winter testing on a fleet of light trucks proved the cold and wet braking that many performance pads cannot deliver.

Replace pads as a complete axle set so both sides bite evenly, and inspect the rotor faces, caliper slide pins and pad hardware while the wheels are off. Bed the new pads in with a series of moderate stops before any hard driving so the friction material transfers evenly onto the rotor and the pedal comes up firm.
