EBC DP31036C is a front axle set of Redstuff ceramic low dust brake pads for the 2000 to 2004 BMW M5 5.0L, chassis code E39.

Redstuff is EBC's low dust ceramic street compound, built on an aramid fibre formulation enhanced with ceramic particles rather than fibres. Nominal friction coefficient is 0.5, with roughly 50 percent less dust than a semi-metallic pad, and the little dust it does leave rinses off with a sponge because the material contains no steel fibre. Each pad carries the EBC Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor face and speeds up bedding. Bed-in can run as long as 1000 miles. Redstuff is a fast road pad and is not intended for track use.
