Street Performance is DBA's road-focused compound, built for an effective friction response to pedal pressure with low wear and low dust. DBA recommends pairing them with T2 or T3 slotted rotors.

Replace brake pads as a complete axle set so both sides bite evenly, and inspect the rotor faces, caliper slide pins, and retaining hardware while the calipers are open. Anything worn, scored, or seized should be replaced at the same time, because a sticking slide pin will chew through a new set of pads long before it should.

New friction material needs a proper bed-in cycle to lay an even transfer layer on the rotor. That transfer layer is what gives a quiet brake and a firm, repeatable pedal, and skipping it is the usual reason a fresh set of pads judders or squeals. Check pad thickness at every tire rotation and replace the set before the friction material reaches the backing plate.
