DBA RP Performance rear brake pads, part number DB15007RP, for the 2018-2021 Subaru WRX STI. RP is DBA's Race Performance friction material, built for drivers who ask a lot of the rear axle.

The carbon fiber content is what keeps the friction level flat as heat builds, so pedal travel stays where you left it deep into a session instead of going long.

Note the 250C lower operating limit. This is a performance compound and it wants heat in it to work at its best.

Fit pads in complete axle sets and inspect the rotor face while the caliper is off. A race compound run against a glazed or scored disc will never reach its potential.

Clean and lubricate the caliper slide pins during the job, then bed the pads in with a progressive series of stops so the transfer layer forms evenly across the rotor before you push hard.
