DBA 5000 Series rotors are a two-piece direct replacement design: high carbon cast-iron rings bolted to aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats with NAS bolts and crimp nuts. The aluminum hat cuts unsprung weight and reduces heat transfer from the disc to the hub, while the iron ring expands evenly under load. DBA recommends the line for high performance street use, track days, club racing and rally.
