Design notes
Moving to an aluminum center hat removes unsprung weight at the front corners and reduces the heat carried from the disc into the hub. The two-piece layout also lets the iron ring grow evenly under heat. Worn rings can be replaced separately so the hats stay in service. DBA aims this series at high performance street cars, track day use and club racing.
