About the 4000 Series

The DBA 4000 Series sits above a plain replacement casting: the slotted face is machined to sweep gas and pad debris out of the contact patch, which keeps the friction surface clean and the pedal consistent through repeated hard stops. Because the slot pattern is uni-directional, the left and right rotors are handed and must go on the correct corner of the car.

Installation notes

• Rotors should be replaced in axle pairs so braking stays balanced side to side
• Brake pads are not included with this rotor and are sold separately
• Fit fresh pads with new rotors and bed them in per the pad manufacturer's procedure before hard driving
• Clean the hub face before mounting so the rotor seats flat and runs true
