The Baer Extreme+ 15-inch rear brake kit (4262691FR) in Fire Red is a complete rear big brake upgrade for the 2009-2011 Ford F-150, built around a six-piston monoblock caliper and a two-piece slotted and drilled rotor.
- Caliper: 1-piece monoblock 6S, 6-piston, machined in Phoenix, AZ from a US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging
- Pistons and abutments: stainless steel, with stainless noise suppression clips
- Pistons are staggered to limit uneven pad wear; dual dust/weather and pressure seals
- Rotor: 15-inch, 2-piece, slotted and drilled, zinc plated, with a billet aluminum hat
- Rotors arrive pre-assembled with NAS high-grade stainless hardware
- Pad type: D1247
- Finish: powder coated, Fire Red
- Includes a backing plate that serves as the caliper mount and houses a 1-piece park brake shoe assembly, plus brackets and hardware
- Wheel clearance: fits most 19-inch or larger wheels
The backing plate carries a modern park brake shoe, so the kit replaces the whole rear brake assembly while keeping a working parking brake.
