The Extreme+ front kit gives the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 a silver one-piece 6-piston caliper and 14-inch slotted, drilled rotors in place of the factory front brakes.

- 1-piece monoblock 6-piston 6S caliper, fully machined in Phoenix, AZ from a US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging
- Finish: Silver
- 14-inch 2-piece slotted, drilled, zinc-plated rotor with a billet aluminum hat
- Takes the D1247 pad type
- Stainless steel pistons, abutments and noise suppression clips
- D.O.T. compliant dust and weather seals; staggered pistons for even pad wear
- Rotors pre-assembled with NAS stainless hardware
- Mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses and hardware included
- Fits most 18-inch or larger wheels
