A 15-inch rear upgrade for the 2012-2018 Ford F-150, this Extreme+ kit puts a red six-piston monoblock caliper and slotted, drilled, zinc-plated rotor on the back axle.

- Caliper: 1-piece monoblock, 6-piston (6S), machined from 2618 aluminum forging, uses D1247 pad type
- Rotors: 2-piece slotted and drilled, zinc-plated, with billet aluminum hat
- Stainless steel pistons, abutments and noise suppression clips
- Staggered pistons to help limit uneven pad wear; dual dust/weather and pressure seals
- Powder coated caliper finish
- Rotors pre-assembled with stainless hardware; all brackets and hardware included
