Install Notes

• May be delivered in multiple boxes (rotors ship separately from pads)
• Clean rotor face with brake cleaner before install to remove packaging protectant
• Torque caliper bracket bolts per Tundra 3rd gen service spec (higher than 2nd gen — verify)
• Retract the rear caliper piston with a wind-back tool — the Tundra rear caliper uses a threaded piston
• Bed Z23 pads properly: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph, then let cool without holding the pedal at a light
• Do NOT clean coated rotors with abrasive brake cleaner post-install — mild soap and water only
