Install Notes

• May be delivered in multiple boxes (rotors ship separately from pads)
• Clean rotor face with brake cleaner before install to remove packaging protectant
• Torque rear caliper bracket bolts per Ram 1500 DT service spec
• Retract the DT rear caliper piston with a wind-back tool (threaded piston, not push-in)
• Bed the Z17 pads properly: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph, then cool without holding the pedal at a stoplight
• Do NOT clean the GEOMET-coated hat/edges with abrasive brake cleaner post-install — mild soap and water only
