TeraFlex 33 inch stainless-steel braided rear brake line kit for the 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler JL (2-door and Unlimited 4-door) and JT Gladiator. Extra-length braided lines built for lifted Jeeps — the factory rubber lines are too short once you add a lift, and they balloon under hard braking. This is the fix.

What's In The Box

  • TeraFlex stainless-steel braided rear brake line kit (33 inch)
  • Mounting hardware

Fitment

  • Jeep Wrangler JL (2-door): 2018 through 2024
  • Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited (4-door): 2018 through 2024
  • Jeep Gladiator JT (pickup): 2020 through 2024

33 inch length is sized for JL / JT with a lift. If your Jeep is stock height, a shorter line may be preferred — verify your needed length against your lift height before ordering. Full brake lines collection for matching front lines and hoses.

Why Stainless Braided Lines on a Lifted JL

  • Correct length for a lift — factory lines pull tight and can tear at full droop once you lift a JL; 33 inch lines give the slack you need
  • No brake-line balloon — the braided stainless outer shell prevents the internal line from expanding under hard braking, giving a firmer pedal
  • Off-road debris protection — the braided exterior shrugs off rocks, mud, and trail debris that shred factory rubber lines
  • TeraFlex is a top-tier Jeep suspension brand — this is the line the serious JL/JT builders trust
  • Longer lifespan — stainless resists the corrosion that eventually splits rubber factory lines

Install Notes

  • Use a flare-nut wrench on the hard-line fittings to avoid rounding the soft fittings
  • Bleed the brakes thoroughly after install — rear passenger first, then rear driver
  • Verify no line contact with the tire or suspension at full articulation and full steering lock
  • Torque the banjo bolts and fittings to Jeep service spec — do not overtighten
  • Inspect line routing at full droop to confirm the added length is correct for your lift
