Front brake kit for the 2012-2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty and 2013-2022 F-350 Super Duty in 2WD (RWD, rear-wheel drive) SRW (Single Rear Wheel) configuration. Different from the 4WD kit - 2WD Super Duty front hub geometry differs and takes a specific rotor. Includes two front rotors, two front ceramic pads, and install hardware.

  • Ford F-350 Super Duty 2WD (RWD) SRW: 2013 through 2022

CRITICAL: This kit is for 2-wheel drive (rear-wheel drive) Super Duty trucks only. 4WD Super Duty takes a different front rotor - the front hub bearing pattern and rotor mounting differ. Verify your truck's driveline configuration before ordering. Look at the transfer case shift lever/dial - if there is none, you have 2WD. Full brake parts collection for the 4WD front kit.

Why 2WD-Specific Matters

  • Different front hub geometry - 2WD Super Duty uses a simpler front hub than the 4WD with locking hubs and CV shafts; the rotor mounts to a different flange
  • Same 14.29 inch diameter as the 4WD variant - but the pilot hole and hat depth differ
  • Common on commercial fleets and 2WD work trucks - large chunk of F-250 XL production is 2WD RWD

Install Notes

  • Torque front caliper bracket bolts per Ford Super Duty service spec (148 ft-lb bracket typical)
  • Silicone caliper grease on slider pins - not chassis grease
  • Bed pads: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph, air-cool between
  • Old rotor + new pads = uneven pad transfer - always replace as a pair
  • Measure old rotor before removing to confirm 14.29 inch diameter
