Install Notes

• Torque caliper bracket bolts per GM HD service spec (typically 148 ft-lb bracket on 2500/3500 HD)
• Silicone caliper grease on slider pins — not chassis grease
• Bed pads with matching new rotors: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph
• Verify rotor diameter (13.98 inch) BEFORE removing your old parts — measure the removed rotor
• Transfer any brake wear sensors from your old pads (LTZ / High Country / Denali trims)
