Install Notes

• Torque HD Ram caliper bracket bolts per service spec — the HD front caliper is significantly larger than 1500-series
• Silicone brake grease on abutment clip contact points and slider pins - not chassis grease
• Bed the pads properly: 8-10 medium stops from 40 to 10 mph, then 2-3 harder stops from 60 to 15 mph, then let cool without holding the pedal at a light
• Replace both left and right pads at the same time
• Verify pad shape (D1399) matches your OE pad before install
